Organizational psychologist, professor and best selling author Adam Grant says there are three main types of characters that can strongly impact team performance. After a very deep dive into organizational culture, he presents his ground-breaking findings in his book Givers and Takers. He concludes that giving unselfishly helps drive success and shares what he has observed as the ideal combination for building a thriving organization that creates both a strong performance and a winning company culture.
